TM-102-F电池芯热压整形机特点：
1． 机架采用30*30*2.5mm不锈钢焊接而成，面板采用不锈钢板，其余部件均为镀硬铬处理，美观大方；
2． 采用3T增压缸作动，安全又环保，加热板采用黄铜板，导热性能好；
3． 控制系统可采用步进电机控制进出料，紧密滚珠丝杆传动，直线导轨保证平衡度，加热系统可采用PLC+温度模块控制，操作面板采用三菱五色触摸屏，生产效率，自动化程度，安全性，精密度均高；
4． 生产相应型号电池只需放入相应厚度模块即可批量生产，产品更换简便。
